Are these reviews real?
Every review on this page was left by someone who rode with us, and each is reproduced as written, including the critical parts. We publish all of them except reviews that describe a trip in another city or with another company. Riders mostly write about the driver, a clean vehicle, an on-time pickup, and easy booking, which are the four things worth checking with any company.
What riders write about most
Read through the reviews below and a pattern shows up quickly. Almost nobody writes about the LED lighting or the sound system. They write about the person driving and whether the night ran on time. Here are the themes, most-mentioned first.
The driver
Whether the driver was friendly, patient with a loud group, and knew the way.
Showing up on time
A late pickup is the fastest way to lose a dinner reservation or a ceremony slot.
Easy booking
Clear quotes, quick answers, and no surprise charges at the end of the night.
A clean vehicle
Riders notice seats, floors, and the bar area before they notice the lights.
How we collect and publish reviews
Reviews come from riders who chose to tell us how their trip went. We do not write reviews, buy them, or trade discounts for them. What comes back is published as the customer wrote it. One rider mentions the driver getting lost a few times on the way; that line is still there, because it is what happened and the rest of the review explains why the group did not mind.
The one thing we filter is geography. A handful of reviews in our collection describe trips in other cities or name a different company. Those are left off whole instead of being edited, so no review here implies a Houston trip we did not run.
