1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using partybusinhouston.net ("the Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Party Bus In Houston ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Nature of Our Business

Party Bus In Houston operates as an affiliate and referral booking platform for luxury transportation services in the Greater Houston, Texas area. We connect customers with transportation providers for weddings, bachelor and bachelorette parties, corporate events, proms, sporting events, and other occasions.

Your booking may be fulfilled by:

  • Our own fleet and drivers
  • Affiliated sister companies
  • Third-party licensed transportation providers

When you submit a quote request, we will connect you with the best available provider for your event. You will be informed which company is servicing your booking before your event date.

3. Affiliate & Third-Party Provider Disclaimer

When your booking is serviced by an affiliated sister company or third-party transportation provider, that provider is solely responsible for the transportation service, including but not limited to: vehicle condition, driver conduct, punctuality, route planning, insurance, and safety compliance.

Party Bus In Houston acts as a facilitator and is not liable for the acts, omissions, service quality, or policies of affiliated providers. Any complaints, disputes, damage claims, or service issues related to the transportation itself should be directed to the company that fulfilled your booking. We will provide you with the servicing company's contact information upon request.

4. Booking & Reservations

  • All bookings require a deposit to secure your date and vehicle.
  • Full payment is due before the event date unless otherwise arranged.
  • Booking confirmation will be sent via email after deposit is received.
  • Vehicle availability is subject to change and is not guaranteed until a deposit is paid.
  • Pricing, availability, and vehicle assignments are subject to change until a deposit is received.
  • The servicing company (whether us or an affiliate) will be confirmed in your booking agreement.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 30+ days before the event receive a full refund minus a processing fee.
  • Cancellations made 14-30 days before the event receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling is available subject to vehicle availability.
  • If your booking is serviced by an affiliate, their cancellation policy may differ. You will be informed of the applicable policy at the time of booking.

6. Passenger Conduct

Passengers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The following are prohibited on all vehicles:

  • Smoking or vaping of any kind
  • Use of illegal substances
  • Standing while the vehicle is in motion
  • Vandalism or intentional damage to the vehicle
  • Exceeding the posted passenger capacity

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of the trip without refund.

7. Alcohol Policy

Passengers aged 21 and over may bring and consume their own alcoholic beverages (BYOB) on party buses, subject to the servicing company's policies. All beverages must comply with Texas state law. No alcohol is permitted when any passenger is under the age of 21. We do not supply alcohol.

8. Liability & Damages

The booking party is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the rental period. Damage fees will be assessed based on repair or replacement costs. A damage deposit may be required for certain bookings.

Party Bus In Houston's total liability for any claim arising from the use of our website or booking services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific booking in question.

9. Overtime

If your event exceeds the reserved time, overtime charges will apply at the hourly rate specified in your booking agreement. The driver will notify you before overtime begins when possible.

10. Communications & Marketing

By submitting a form on our website, you consent to receive transactional communications (phone, text, email) related to your specific quote request. This is required to process your inquiry.

Promotional and marketing communications are optional. You will only receive marketing messages if you check the optional marketing consent box on our form. You may opt out at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any text message
  • Clicking unsubscribe in any marketing email
  • Emailing info@partybusinhouston.net with the subject line "Unsubscribe"

11. Website Use & Accuracy

The content on partybusinhouston.net is for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, pricing, availability, and vehicle specifications are subject to change without notice. Photos may represent similar vehicles in our fleet or our affiliates' fleets.

12. Limitation of Liability

Party Bus In Houston shall not be liable for:

  • Delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, road closures, mechanical issues, or acts of God
  • The actions, service quality, or policies of affiliated transportation providers (see Section 3)
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services

In all cases, we will make every effort to provide an alternative vehicle or reschedule your event.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
