The short answer
Call or text (281) 549-2511, email info@partybusinhouston.net, or use the quote form on this page. Someone answers every day from 8 AM to 8 PM Central. Send four things - your date, pickup area, confirmed headcount, and hours - and you will get back an all-inclusive total for a vehicle that fits, or the one question we still need answered.
We reply every day, 8 AM to 8 PM Central.
Which one should you use?
All four land with the same booking team, so this is really about what you're trying to sort out.
- Call when the date is close, when you are choosing between two vehicles, or when you want to talk a route through. A conversation settles in five minutes what takes an evening of back-and-forth by email.
- Text when you already know the basics. A single message with the date, pickup area, headcount, and hours is enough for us to start.
- Email when the plan is long: a wedding day with a ceremony, photos, and a reception, or a corporate shuttle with several loops. Attach the timeline and we will work from it.
- The form at the top of the page when it is after hours or you just want a number. It asks for exactly what we need and nothing else.
Someone's here every day from 8 AM to 8 PM Central. Vehicles run later than that, and at any hour for trips already on the books, but quotes and new bookings happen inside those hours.
Four details, and the first reply is a real number
Send the date, the pickup area or ZIP, your confirmed headcount, and the hours you want, and we can quote in one reply rather than three. Throw in the kind of event and your stops in rough order and we'll check the route against the clock while we're at it.
Pickup area matters more than people assume. Our Houston inquiry data shows about 72% of inquiries with a recorded city were associated with Houston itself, with the rest spread across Katy, The Woodlands, Pearland, Sugar Land, and the other suburbs. A pickup in Cypress and a pickup in Clear Lake sit an hour apart before the night has even started, so where the bus begins tells us which vehicles can realistically get to you.
Headcount is the other one worth pinning down before you write. About 31% of the inquiries we have with a group size were for ten people or fewer — that's limousine and Sprinter territory, not party bus territory. Give us the real number and we'll point you at the 10-passenger limousine or the 20-passenger party bus rather than guessing high. If the count is still wobbling, the group size planner will help you pin it down.
What happens after you hit send
We check your date against what's genuinely free, match a vehicle to your headcount, and send one all-inclusive total. That covers the vehicle, a licensed and commercially insured driver, fuel, taxes, gratuity, and unlimited stops inside your hours. If something's missing — the end point, say, or whether anyone under 21 is riding — you'll get that one question back instead of a shrug and a price range.
Worth knowing: a quote doesn't hold the vehicle. The date becomes yours when the contract is signed and the 50% deposit is paid, with the balance due 7 to 14 days before the trip. If you'd rather skip ahead, the booking request form collects the longer details including stops and trip notes, and the quote checklist lists what's handy to have in front of you first.
The 20-passenger party bus, a common fit for groups of 11 to 20.Booking experience polls: what would you do?
Quick questions, real tallies. Vote to see how other riders answered — one vote per poll, no sign-up.
Already booked and something changed?
Same number. Timing tweaks and an extra stop are usually easy to fold into the run sheet, and nobody will make it difficult. A different vehicle size is the hard one, because the bus you now want may already belong to another group that night.
Cancellations have to come in writing between 8 AM and 8 PM, and the deposit is non-refundable. Inside 7 days of the event, the full amount applies. All of it is written out on our rental terms page, and honestly we'd rather you read it before you pay than after.
A 44-passenger coach at a hotel entrance. This is the kind of trip that's easiest to plan by email.
Where we pick up
Greater Houston on standard local rates — the inner Loop, Katy, Cypress, Spring, The Woodlands, Kingwood, Pearland, League City, Sugar Land, and everything in between. Each city has its own page with local venues and drive times, like party buses in Pearland or Sugar Land. Galveston, the cruise terminals, and runs to Austin, San Antonio, or Dallas are quoted as longer charters. Tell us both ends of the route and we'll say which one you're looking at.
